The Flats at Knowles Station is a proposed 6 story mixed-use development with 100 Units and 23,000 sf of Retail on the ground floor.  The Project incorporates  an innovative design that is sensitive to the Town’s historic architecture, by proposing  architecture while not imitate or duplicating historic buildings. The design seeks to enhance the diversity of architecture in Kensington by interpreting existing elements in a new way.
