Completed in 2010, this 485,000 sf warehouse renovation was re-purposed into a mission critical data center. The site allowed for multiple backup generators and uplinks for typical Tier III, N+1 classification. The facility was renovated with a 42” raised floor and walls made of tilt-up concrete. To evoke the sleek tech look, the exterior was clad in metal panel, and the entry/office wall glazed curtainwall small horizontal projected mullion covers. The center was designed to provide 36,400 kW of power, and the cooling towers deliver 16,100 tons of cooling are located directly behind their chillers, in order to minimize piping.
