The design concept included the need to provide spaces to a wide range of tenants as far as space allocations, security and flexibility and lowest cost of operations.

One of the biggest challenges was in how to design the exterior of this mammoth structure in an economical manner while still incorporating design elements to enhance and break down the scale.

The design further had to be compatible with the previous structures in the park, yet be differentiated to announce its completely new approach to energy savings and electrical distribution.
