Our renovation scope included brightening the spaces with upgraded finishes and LED light concepts to add subtle drama while providing energy efficiency; we improved circulation and enhanced safety considerations for stairs and outdoor areas. We also added sought-after amenities, to include a conferencing center for the tenants, as well as a modern fitness room and lockers, and a convenient vending café.

Throughout the project we offered accents using imported outdoor furniture, lounge seating, and art accents that include the centerpiece backlit reception desk. We are confident existing and future tenants will benefit from enhanced safety, added amenities, and usable outdoor and lobby spaces. This repositioning effort has already resulted in several signed leases, which demonstrates the properties market reception and investment integrity.
