1430 K Street is designed as a trophy class office building located two blocks from the White House.  The owner desired to develop a condominium office building which would command a premium price. The front façade is floor to ceiling curtainwall and features a projected bay that offers spectacular views up and down K Street.  Balconies and terraces are located on the twelfth, eleventh, and second floors.  The rear and upper side facades feature a limestone precast with continuous ribbon windows. The two-level lobby features stone flooring, backlit frosted glass walls, stainless steel and glass railing, and exotic wood accent wall.  A hanging sculpture will be suspended from the lobby ceiling. The toilets feature raised glass bowls, floating granite counters with art glass tiles on the walls, and frosted glass doors on the toilet compartments.
